- Covering materials assembled with heavy duty nylon thread
- All foam filling is flame retardant and meets California bulletin #117 standards
- Wood finishes are multi-step fade resistant stains with low gloss lacquer top coat
- Swivel bases are five pronged 1-3/4" steel understructure with kiln-dried hardwood finished caps
- Brass nail trim is individually applied #9 nails 1/2" steel shank
- Casters are heavy nylon, twin wheel engineered for use on carpet and are installed at the factory
- Tufting is all hand-crafted by master craftsmen
- Packed one chair per carton with soft foam wrapping and special inner packing to prevent damage during shipping and handling

Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders that are for larger chairs or larger orders will ship via freight carriers such as Overnite, Yellow Freight, and FedEx Freight. Items shipped via freight carriers do not include liftgate service or inside delivery.
