COLOR APPROVAL / CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon receipt of an order, Bizchair will send you a fiberglass color chip and color approval form which must be signed and returned. The order will not be processed until the signed color approval form is received. Once approved, the order is considered special and may not be cancelled or returned.
COMMERCIAL COLOR MATCH FEE: A color swatch will be required and a $100.00 matching fee will be charged, and a 5% up charge will be applied.

How will my order be shipped?
Most order will ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders that are for larger chairs or larger orders will ship via freight carriers such as Overnite, Yellow Freight, and FedEx Freight. Items shipped via freight carriers do not include liftgate service or inside delivery.
