Good chair but.....
Was delivered in a large box. Seat isn't connected to base. No packaging in the box, so seat is free to bounce around and can cause damage. The damage to my chair was minimal, just a couple of gouges in the seats edges. I touched that up. I only purchased one chair. May be packaged differently if purchasing more chairs. Also came with no screws, and the seat will have to be drilled to fasten to the base. No pre-drilled holes. Color was much redder than pictured. Worked out for me. Construction was solid. Finish was okay.

Damaged chair
I'm not happy with chairs I received. 6 of them were damaged and 1 in different color, after sending all pictures and several phone calls and email they said I have to send the chairs back for replacing, I won't pay shipping, it's their responsibility to pack the chair more secure. I received the chairs in a pallet stacked and wrapped with plastics, I don't think it's the way to ship 75 chairs to other state!

Great Product
I purchased 6 chairs for my dining room table. I am very satisfied with the chairs. the color matches well, and the chairs are surprisingly comfortable. The price was reasonable too! I would have giving it 5 stars, but one of the seats on the chairs had some minor scratches, which is no big deal because I have 4 small children and they will get dinged up anyway. Very nice chair. Looks great, feels sturdy, VERY good price compared to other websites and other chairs. Only drawback is that you have to screw in the seat cushion, which is a little time consuming. With an electric drill, you will need an extender because 2 of the 4 screws are a little hard to reach.

Finally
After having several types of chairs for my kitchen, I finally found the durability and attractiveness I want with my set of 4 wood dining chairs and 2 barstools. All of my previous chairs went by the wayside but I know this will last for many years to come. Thanks Hercules

Sturdy and Comfortable Chair
The only assembly You have to do on these chairs is to attach the seat cushions to the chair frame. very easy to do provided you get the screws included. Mine did not come with screws. and you need two different sizes. luckily I have plenty of screws in my house.

The Chairs are Small, the screws that come with them are super small, we had to buy extra screws and pay a handyman to fix and reinforced them all for they are weak and not sturdy at all. Very Disappointed with this purchase.

Very Pleased With Chair
