Terrible customer service.
I purchased 6 of these chairs but only received 4 screws when I should have received 24. I requested to get a partial refund because of this but once I sent them my order number, they never replied back to me. I send the order number on 10/6/18. It has been well over a month and I have received nothing in return. I strongly suggest that you guys do not order from this website because you will probably be missing parts. I had to go out of my way to buy the screws for these chairs even though it should have came with the chairs. Thank you for wasting my time and money. The person I was talking to was Ashley Rodriguez. If she sends you an email, don't waste your time.

Love these chairs!
I bought 4 of these initially in hopes they would work for what I was going for (sturdy, overall nice dinner chair, pricing, etc). I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price as you never seem to get everything you want in a purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised these were so sturdy and still have an elegant look to them. They come with the baseboard/seat (not as red as I would've thought the cherry wood would be) and 4 screws to put them together. I bought two more to put around my dining room table. These 6 chairs have lasted me 6 months so far and haven't got scuffed up or loosened up in any kind of way. Hoping they continue in that pattern for years to come.

Solid construction, looks great, fast shipping!
These feel solid! Sturdy metal frames, uncusioned wood seats are comfortable enough for prolonged seating but firm enough to promote reasonable turnover. Not only would I purchase again but I just bought more! And the shipping was fast and very well protected. In fact it took about 5 minutes per chair to unwrap them. Have an unwrapping party and bring friends...lots of friends...I just bought the bar a round and told everyone to grab a chair and start unwrapping.

Don't buy from here.
Pretty disappointed with the chairs/service. All the seats have scuffs on them, one seat is a different color than the rest, and one chair is so bent at the top part we don't plan to use it with our table. I'm not sure if it was a fail on the company or the shipper. But when I called the company, during operating hours, no one answered, even though the automated voice stated there were no other callers ahead of me. I left a message and never received a call back.

coating of the metal frame of the chair easily breaks
I purchased 8 metal frame chairs. Thinking that it will last me longer than wood chairs in our large family. It looks beautiful and comfy but all 8 chairs came with some minor chips on the metal frame. Disappointing! New chair looks like used chairs. The boxes it came in did not have major damages but chairs were so losely placed inside the boxes. Company did not packaged it well.

Good Chairs
I have a large family and the kids are hard on chairs. We bought these to replace our hodge-podge of dining room chairs and wanted something well-suited for hard use. They were easy to assemble (just screw on the seat), and appear to be very sturdy. The backs are lower than I expected (even though the size was listed), but they offer good support and are surprisingly comfortable.

Arrived In A Timely Manner, That's Good!
The four dining chairs are for my kitchen table and they work just fine. They arrived in a timely manner and had a few scrapes but they are black and I was able to fix that with a black marker. They are smaller than I expected but they work. So all in all I'm satisfied.

Well made and sturdy
These chairs are well made, sturdy and look good. The only drawback is that it took longer to remove all the foam packing from the chairs than it did to attach the vinyl seat bottoms.
