Will be buying more for my business
I was in the market for stools for my employees and happened to stumble across this website and this particular style of stool. I was skeptical at first because of the ratings and people saying it took them forever to get the items they ordered. I had also never heard of this online store before. I went against my immediate judgement and decided to purchase one stool to see how it works out/holds up. It arrived with NO hardware to put the seat on the legs. I contacted customer service and told them what happened and they immediately sent hardware out and apologized for the inconvenience. I got the stool within a week and received the hardware 3 days after receiving the stool. Not too bad of a turn around time there - I do not know what others were talking about when they said it took them forever to get their items, I had no issue here. I guess it could be because I am in the state of Georgia, which is where this place is located. I don't know but I am satisfied with the time frame it took to receive everything. Anyways, I put the stool together and decided to try it out for myself. The stool is not made like most cheap bought Wal-Mart stools, it is fiber-plastic around the edges, cushion in the middle, and wrapped in thick vinyl. The legs are of good quality and there are 2 support rings instead of just 1. I weigh over 200 pounds and it holds up nicely. It even swivels. The stool is very comfortable and I will be buying more for my other counter employees. It is also the perfect height at 30 inches. I definitely recommend this stool to others who are in the market for one. You will be forever impressed!
