Perfect For My Needs
The loveseat was delivered in a timely manner. The shipping company even called me directly to work out where it would be dropped off at and instructions if it was raining that day. Packaged well enough(plastic and cardboard box with reinforced corners). It came with 4 wooden legs, 4 bolts and a driver. 1 of the legs had been drilled wrong and the bolt wouldn't go far enough through to catch the threads underneath. I called customer support, transferred once, and my issue was promptly taken care of. 3 days later, I received the replacement leg in the mail. Construction is sturdy and durable. The seat is attached. This is stated in the description but I missed it somehow and was caught of guard, but I'll deal with it (nice to know they wont slip off I guess). I bought this piece for my game room. I wanted a place for 2 people to sit and play video games in the small room and this is a perfect fit. It has rather firm cushions but it does seem likely that this will change over time as general wear and tear is inevitable. The color is as pictured, very black. Even the stitching is black. Overall, I have no complaints about it and very happy with my purchase.
