Bizchair a company that deliver excellent service and quality products. I was overwhelm when I saw the chairs.The video is great but the chairs looks much better in person the effort they went through to cover the chairs is beyond proffessional service. Very disappointed! 5 out of 12 were defective.
The company refuses to send new chairs, claims parts will fix a stripped out screw hole which is in 2 chairs. They claim parts will fix a broken off screw which is in two chairs. how do we fix something there is no access to? Will never order from this company again.

Watch out!!
we use this mainly on weekends. It didn't hold up after the first weekend. Biz chair (& their sister sites like Restaurant chairs for less, Flash, Etc.) are based on price only... enough said!
