Great Customer Service
There was a delay with our delivery by Fed Ex due to an illegible bar code on the shipping label. After that was corrected Fed Ex kept moving it from one distribution center to another. The scheduled delivery date was missed several times. We were in constant contact with Bizchairs customer service and they were extremely helpful. They finally located the shipment and got it delivered. As to the Ghost Chairs themselves, they are amazing. They are beautiful and much stronger than we expected. All that and a price that can't be beat. We ordered four and wish we had room for more..they are that great. As an added bonus Bizchairs gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. Thanks, Bizchair

Chic + Comfortable
Not only we're these chairs an incredibly low price (for their high demand), but they were shipped + packed safely + they arrived fast! These chairs bring exactly the type of cool, chic style i was looking for, while making the room seem bigger + brighter because light can go right through them. I had been admiring these chairs ever since they showed up at my local Homr Goods, but Bizchair have us an awesome deal when we compared it to anywhere else, even the shopping was less than if we had bought them in a store! If you want ghost chairs, Bizchair is the best place to get them. I was nervous at first bc I hadn't heard of it before (I usually shop overstock or wayfair), but handsdown this has been my favorite purchase for our new place?

Ghost Chair W/Arms
I ordered this chair, but was a bit leery because of the low price. It arrived much faster than I expected, was lovely...but it had a crack in one back leg. I took it to a glass/plastics company near me, where I was informed that it was not repairable. Called Bizchair and was asked to send pictures of the crack, which I did. I was immediately contacted and told that they would be sending a replacement chair...it arrived in 4 days! It is perfect! Everyone I spoke with was professional, helpful and promptly answered communications!

Great Chair, Great Company!
I ordered these chairs to use for holiday parties as my dining room seating for 12. They look chic and contemporary and yet are stackable for storage purposes. The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. They arrived so fast! Not a single scratch on any of the chairs. Very well packaged! I am extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend these chairs as well as this company for future purchases!!!! I am very impressed.

These chairs are such a great value. No they are not the "original designer ghost chair" but they don't claim to be, but for the money you may be surprised.. They are beautiful and classical. If you have a small space and want it to appear larger, these are a must have. They are almost invisible but in a very smart way. They are very sturdy and look fabulous. Arrived within a couple of days. Be prepared the boxes are very large.

Ghost Chair
This is a great product, especially for the price... Though they do get you a bit on shipping (end cost is in the 90's) it is still way below what a real Ghost Chair would cost. It is VERY comfortable and looks great. You can kind of see the seams on it and there is a recycling logo on the back of the seat, but honestly I'm not sure anyone else would really notice. I love it and think that it is a wonderful product overall!

Awesome Chairs!
The chairs are spectacular!!! Theyw ere not scratched and look beautiful. The seat is a little high, as I am 5'2" and my feet dont touch the ground seating all the way back in them. My only complaint is with the shipping. The box was big enough for 10 chairs, but only had 2, so one of them broke. There was no package filler so they wouldnt move around, hence why one broke. Took 2 more weeks to get a replacement chair:(

Awesome Chair, Awesome Company
These chairs are great, really similar to the real thing (which I own). Best price on the net. And, delivery was so fast (1 week!) and stress free. They arrived nicely packed, no damage except for a 1 cm scratch on the side of one chair which really doesn't show. The order went great, I did not have any trouble at all dealing with this company, unlike other furniture dealers on the net. Highly recommended!
