We purchased these chairs for our student ministry. They need to be durable to withstand students week in and week out. When they arrived I was disappointed that the pallet broke & bent or broke probably 15 chairs. Still waiting to get replacements in. They look great for our space but just know they come individually wrapped... we bought 130 and had 7 people unwrapping chairs for 2 1/2 hours. Not a big deal just a little annoying. Also the carts to roll them on are minimal, but get the job done. I would purchase more, but I would like them not to come broken next time.

Great Buy!!!
We purchased 100 of these chairs for a training/event center. The chairs arrived quickly and were packaged quite nicely on a pallet. The chairs come pre-bundled in groups of 5 and then were stacked into four groups. The chairs themselves are super comfy, and exceptionally tough. There are other reviews that cite poor packaging resulting in leg damage - We found this to be a non-issue. Each chair has a mesh wrapping the entire leg length (x4). If anything, the mesh is a pain to remove if it gets jammed between the plastic and the frame - but the legs were in wonderful condition. I would HIGHLY recommend these chairs for anyone needing a good stacking chair. The dollies are a little anemic, but that's ok, they were free.

I won't purchase anything from BizChair again
7 of the 20 chairs we ordered arrived damaged. 6 were broken due to the way the company packaged for shipment and bound them together using a tethered strap and it broke the sides of every chair in the stack because they were bound too tight. After reporting and sending images to the company, they will only send us replacement parts to do the repairs ourselves, even though these chairs are brand new and never been used, and no partial refund was offered. Considering they were broken just by a plastic strap, I highly doubt they can withstand 880 lbs.

Great Chair - A Bit "Slouchy"
This chair is has a bit too much of a "bucket seat" to be perfect for pushing up to a table or desk. It's very comfortable in a circle or group discussion scenario. We decided not to purchase it for our "adult classroom" application, but it's a great little chair at a terrific price and the cool cut out on the back piece is fun. Lightweight, easy to stack. So sorry it won't work for us.

880 Lbs Hercules Chairs In Black
The chairs arrived in a timely manner. A little scuffed up and missing 2 screws on 2 of the chairs. I have tons of extra screws so it wasn't a big deal. I was also able to buff out a lot of the scuff marks. Shipping method could definitely use some improvement. Overall, the chairs are comfortable, heavy duty, and a great deal for the price.Just make sure you inspect them upon delivery.

Comfy Chairs
Also disappointed with the quality of shipping packaging. Most chair legs are scratched, and plastic fittings on several chairs were poorly molded and did not fit properly, but the youth did not notice and absolutely love them. They look good, hold up well, and are comfortable. Overall a great product for the price.

Very Sturdy
The chairs are great, the service excellant. The only problem I had was the shipping. The chairs were packed 5 to a carton, with no packing material and the tape used was so cheap, it let go in shipping. Hence the cartons were all crushed by the time Fedex got them delivered. Fortunately, the chairs survived.

I Would Recommend!!
Chairs are sturdy and look great in our office environment. We facilitate a lot of traffic in our office space so it was imperative that the chairs were easy to clean, light enough to move around on a regular basis and look professional. These chairs definitely fit the bill and I am happy with my purchase.
