Missing Back of Chair!
Product arrived; however it had no back! We received all the other parts. It's been a while and we don't have a PO# so when I called, I received no help with this issue! I'm very upset. All I want is the back to add to the chair. I'm not wanting to return it. Please tell me how you can help me!
