Great Product, Would Buy Again !
Recently our Italian restaurant, Giannfranco's Trattoria in Carpinteria, California was in need to replace its outdoor patio dining chairs. We had looked at at so many websites and stumbled on this one and decided to order a couple of chairs to test its quality and wear. Our expectations were met and decided to order 3 dozen. We were looking for a chair that was comfortable but not to a point where customers linger endlessly either. Shipping was prompt and courteous by our FedEx Driver. BTW, not a SINGLE SCRATCH OR DENT ON THE CHAIRS. We know where to keep buying Restaurant Furniture from now on. Highly suggest it. Chef

Terrible Delivery and Customer Service!
Should be NO star-rating... 1- No delivery notification whatsoever. 2- Big box was dropped off outside my fence when I wasn't home, and got soaked in a rain storm. 3- I bought 2 chairs and both had multiple scratches and marred finishes. They sent me an email that said I should inspect carefully when the chairs arrived. I would have if I'd known they were coming, but I didn't get to. I would have sent them back; they are that bad! They also could have been stolen. This huge box was left by a rural dirt road! I've called customer service but no one ever answers, even though the message states there are " zero customers" ahead of me. It was just a terrible 'transaction' and experience... By the way, I never write reviews, but this time I had to.

Great Price And Product
I was dreading the delivery of these as I'd read so many bad reviews of damaged chairs and tables, missing parts and poor customer service but I have to say I was very happy with these chairs. They arrived after 2 days with no damage and they are better than I expected. Very pleased

Excellent Service
I needed the chairs as soon as possible. After ordering them, i received them within 72 hours, well packed with no damage. They are nice and comfortable chairs. They are on the light side, but a terrific chair for the price. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Just Perfect!
I must admit, I was a little worried about what kind of quality I'd be getting for such a great price! No need to worry! These chairs are perfect around my round oak table, nice low profile, comfortable, easy to get in out of these chairs!

Good Chair
I think the chair is a good value. It is relatively sturdy. The 'webbing' is stretchy and so far has begun to sag. I think it will probably not be too good for heavy set (over 175) people.
