Excellent Service
When placing my order I was a little concerned because I was not asked to creat an account to check status and e-mail address did not require verification. Within an hour or so I received a confirming e-mail (two actually) and the next day shipping notice. The chairs arrived within a few days and were exactly as described. Packing could have been a little better but I figure for ocassional use and carrying in and out of storage they will get banged up anyway. Good stable chair, folds flat and stacks tight for very efficient storage. Excellent service and competative price. The vendor did exactly what they said they would do.

Chairs arrived damaged
I ordered the chairs online and they arrived damaged, all of them. Some had 'split hooves' on the chair kegs while others had pieces of the legs chipped off, exposing the wood underneath. The actual chairs had obvious dents and nicks, each one! It took a while for the chaim to be processed and we then had to repackage the damaged chairs in the ripped and damaged boxes they arrived in. It took my husband ages- he essentially had to tape together their shoddy packaging. Right now, it's over three weeks and I'm still waiting for my refund. I would not recommend .

Hercules Folding Chair - Mahogany
They seem sturdy and very well made for the price. I am very impressed with them. The only issue I had is that the height when folded exceeding my storage limits. It may be helpful to another customer to post that info and that they exceed 30.75 inches when folded. Probably more like 35 inched tall when folded. My husband was quite please and I would recommend these for any event such as a wedding or garden party. Another nice feature is the removable seat. I can actually recover them with any fabric I wish and even add additional padding to them if I ever wanted to. They are really nice as is but just letting ya'll know... I love love love them! I am using them as everyday chairs for a small portable table in my kitchen. So far they are holding up very well.

Hercules Fruitwood Folding Chairs
The chairs are great and fit into the sleek design of my daughter's table complimenting her other two more ornate padded beige chairs. Yet she sent me a picture showing that high up on one of the legs there was a dent with scratches, exposing the lighter wood underneath the paint . She will have to paint over it so it isn't noticeable . For the price I suppose you cannot expect perfection but it would have been nice not to have noticeable damage on a new chair. The integrity of the chairs is intact, though.

Wood Folding Chairs
I ordered 2 chairs for our daughter's Christmas as she needed extra seating for her Expresso dining set for family over. The color was Mahoghany and one chair was perfect, the other had a poor paint job in some areas and had a large area without paint near where it bends. The company graciously and immediately replaced it, and I am recommending them to my daughter for further purchases, including extra childrens' chairs for her kids' table. Fedex ships, and tracking is real helpful! The pad is comfy too!

Very Nice
For the price, these chairs were truly remarkable. The color was a little darker stain than I had hoped, but they still looked very nice at my dining room table. The pad color was a bit more on the tan side than what the picture appeared, a light tan rather than an off white (which was perfect for my needs). They fold up flat, so I can carry and store in my attic easily. The chairs did arrive very quickly and the order was correct. Decent quality and a nice, rich look. Great buy!

Great Product
I had never heard of this website, but thought I'd take a chance since these folding chairs were so reasonable I figured it was worth the risk. I'm so glad I did! The quality exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. Cheaper than I could find locally, even figuring in shipping. Not to mention my order was processed so quickly. I was amazed how quickly I received my order. Would definitely order products with this company again. Exactly as advertised.

Holiday Lifesaver
Ordered 13 chairs late Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving. They arrived Tuesday. They were perfect for my needs, resembling coloration of my formal dining room and making the extra folding table setups seem beautiful and uniform. We saved the wrapping and boxed them back up for storage. Customer service was friendly and excellent in response to my phone call after ordering. Chairs are the correct height for folding tables. They would be too low for a formal table.
