Stylish and solid!
Purchased this chair for a desk area located off my kitchen. The chair is well constructed, comfortable, and looks good with the adjacent cabinetry. Just what I wanted at a very reasonable price.

Broken chairs and very difficult time getting replacements
Initially we were very excited to receive these chairs as they worked perfectly with the theme we're building for our new restaurant. We ordered 60 of these chairs (and 12 bar stools of the same type). Upon arrival, we thoroughly inspected the exterior of all outside packaging and everything looked good and intact. We temporarily and carefully set the chairs aside as we were not quite ready to unpack them from all the interior packaging. When we did get ready to unpack the chairs, we proceeded methodically to unpack all of the materials, including the wrap, the cardboard, and the foam covering. We were pleased to see so much packaging covering all parts of the chairs. When completely unpacking the chairs, we did notice 2 of them had obvious cracks that could in no way be noticed until all of the intricate packaging had been removed. I then proceeded to call the company and ask them to send 2 replacements. The immediate response to me was, 'did you inspect the packaging upon delivery?'. And of course I said emphatically that yes we had. To make a long story short, it took me several more days of phone calls (who has time for this when you're opening a business?) to get the company to send replacements. When they finally, begrudgingly sent them, they also sent us an e-mail basically telling me again that this was 'an exception and we better inspect the packaging upon delivery'. Well, that would be easy to say if the delivery driver would be willing to stand here for 2-3 hours (no exaggeration) while we not only inspected the exterior of the packaging but every last piece of interior packaging that covered every part of the chairs. Adding insult to injury, we just discovered 2 more chairs that have sizable cracks that have to be disposed of. It is too bad that a business like this is so concerned about being right and not making things 'whole' for the customer that they'll do everything they can to push back on a new customer to avoid correcting a mistake.
