Return policy is ridiculous
Chairs were too tall for our island and we wanted to return them. Customer Service said we had to pay the original shipping charges and the return shipping charges to return them. I have made many purchases over the internet and have never had to pay the original shipping charges to return something. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed.

Could not believe how fast the shipment and arrival was. Assembly was very simple although all the screws were the same length. Had to go to Lowes to get shorter screws for the seat attachment. Excellent choice & value.

Great Price For A Comfy Bar Stool

the stools are good for what I need. the only thing I found wrong with them is the bolts that mount seat in the stool are to long.it was an easy fix. other then that they work great. thanks BizChair
