Great Looking Chair
Only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it's not very comfortable. Adding a throw pillow to the back helps! The back of the chair is low on your back when sitting in it (Im also tall- 5'9") so putting a throw pillow helps make it more comfortable. The design is fabulous! Comfort and design have never really met in the modern world.

Exactly as pictured .... Recently remodeled my office and the fit perfectly in the modern decor. Leather is super white and softer than I expected. The chrome is not the highest quality (but I'm being super critical on this) . Overall a great buy on a beautiful chair ... Worth the money and then some ..

Damaged Chair with no Resolve
I am still waiting on customer service to assist me. Frame of the chair is badly bent and the other matching chair never arrived. Furniture came poorly packaged. Boxes falling apart, with holes. Its been almost 10 days and no resolve from customer service.

No it's a ridiculous request how can I send a swatch of leather! Biz Should do that. However I can say the chairs are well made and a great value for the price. The leather is decent quality and durable! I hope this helps ? Kathryn
